What is the booking process?

Once you send us an initial enquiry, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm if your date is available. If it is (fingers crossed!), we’ll arrange a relaxed call to chat through everything and make sure we’re the right fit for your day. If the vibe feels right, you’ll choose your package, sign the contract, and secure your date with a 20% deposit. Easy, breezy, and exciting!

How can you do photography and videography?

We actually met through our shared love of photography our first date was behind the lens! Dovile handles photography while I focus on videography, and working together as a couple means we’re totally in sync. We know each other’s rhythm, anticipate each other’s moves, and never get in each other’s way. Couples often tell us how relaxed and natural it feels having us around it’s like working with friends who just happen to be professionals.

Feeding?

Totally up to you! Most couples kindly include us in their catering plan, which we always appreciate a hot meal goes a long way during a busy day. But if that’s not possible, no worries at all we’ll bring our own food and keep the energy up regardless.

How do we receive our images?

Your photos will be delivered via a private online gallery, perfect for sharing with friends and family. You’ll also receive a USB in a beautifully presented keepsake box. Copyright will be shared between us and you, so you’re free to print and share your images whenever you like. The gallery allows unlimited downloads, so your loved ones can grab their favourites too!

When will our balance be due?

The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding day. Some couples prefer to pay early for peace of mind, while others wait until closer to the date either way works for us. Once your deposit is paid, your date is officially locked in.

Absolutely fully insured and ready to go!

Is travel included?

Yes! Travel within Wales and England is included in all our packages. If your celebration is further afield, we’ll chat through any additional costs during our initial call.

We feel awkward in-front of the camera?

You’re not alone! Most couples feel a bit camera-shy at first, which is why we use gentle prompts instead of stiff poses. Our approach is relaxed, natural, and fun we’ll guide you through everything so you feel confident and comfortable. Plus, we work quickly and professionally so you can get back to enjoying your day with your guests.

How far in advance should be book?

Wedding dates can fill up quickly, especially during peak seasons. We recommend booking 6 - 18 months in advance to secure your preferred date, but feel free to reach out at anytime. Last minute availability does happen.

How long will you stay on the day?

Our coverage depends on the package you choose, but we’re always flexible. whether you want us there from morning prep to the final dance, or just for the key moments, we’ll tailor our time to suit your day.

Do you offer engagement shoots?

Yes! engagement sessions are a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and capture some relaxed, romantic moments before the big day. It also helps us get to know each other better, which makes your wedding day feel even smoother.
